General shipping information
- Orders will be shipped from our warehouse as soon as we have received the payment. It is crucial that you provide us with a valid (real) delivery name and address, otherwise we cannot guarantee that the parcel will be successfully delivered.
- After your placed order has been shipped, you will receive a email confirmation. If you chose registered shipping, this email will have the information you need to check the status of your shipment.
- We’re always looking for the best ways to get your order to you as quickly and discreetly as possible. We strive to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner, and we understand that privacy is of the utmost importance to you.
Does Monkey Genetics ship to my country?
- We are happy to ship our quality products all over the world. Unfortunately due to some strict border customs, there are a number of countries that we do not ship to. Before ordering, we recommend confirming that your country is not excluded.
Countries we do NOT ship to:
- Turkey, Norway, Bulgaria, Israel, Australia, Japan
Registered shipping – €9,50-€35,00 – ✓ Recommended
- Delivery takes between 3 and 15 working days. Delivery costs are dependend on country of destination.
- We only deliver to private addresses – PoBoxes, Packstations, Relay Points and general public places will not be accepted as a valid delivery address.
- Your track and trace information will be sent to your registered email address once the parcel has been shipped – check your spam folder.
- Deliveries need to be signed for. Your courier will deliver your parcel at your delivery address and will leave a note if you are absent. Note that in some specific cases, the courier may deliver the order in your letter box in order to speed up the delivery process.
- It is not possible to arrange a specific time or date for a first delivery attempt. The courier will not ring your phone number to check whether you are at home.
- The final delivery will be managed by your country-specific local courier.
- If the products, for whatever reason, do not arrive at the provided address we will start an investigation at the postal service. In case of internal errors we will either send the package again or refund your payment. (See disclaimer)
